“This Kind of Certainty…” the title track on this new album, was inspired by the movie, “The Bridges of Madison County”. The cover photo was actually taken at the Roseman Bridge, where many of the movie scenes were filmed, (Winterset, Iowa). The song came to me after the photo, it was the last one recorded for this CD. Thanks to Danny, my partner, my friend and the love of my life, and also to ‘Robert & Francesca’, … many parallels, but the ending was different. We dedicate this song to our friends, Dot & Larry, who were the first to hear it on their 20th anniversary.

Maria and Danny have released their 2nd Gospel CD. The CD features Gospel songs from some of their other CD's, plus several newly recorded songs and their touching rendition of "Battle Hymn of the Republic".
The cover of the CD shows the Katrina Memorial at Shell Beach near Chalmette, LA. The cross was designed and fabricated by welder Vincent LaBruzzo, who lost everything in the hurricane and wanted to do something special with a memorial.
As with all of their recordings, Danny played each instrument on every song, and both Maria and Danny recorded the backup harmonies.
